Tennis Ball Massage

A tennis ball can be used as a simple self-management strategy to reduce muscular tension in those little annoying “knots” in your muscles. When you apply just the right amount of pressure to the area, you should be able to relax onto the tennis ball and feel a “release” of tension within ten seconds to a couple minutes. The tennis ball can be applied to various parts of the body where you feel muscle tension while standing against a wall, seated at your desk or laying on the floor.
