Jessica is a Registered Occupational Therapist and a graduate from the Masters of Occupational Therapy program at the University of Manitoba. In collaboration with her clients, Jessica works with individuals towards their goal of returning to work and/or achieving a more meaningful life.

Jessica has a particular passion for optimizing the function of individuals experiencing mental health, chronic pain, and traumatic brain injuries. Her clinical education experience includes working with children to older adults in schools, primary care, community and hospital settings. Delivering culturally sensitive care to clients of diverse backgrounds and needs is top of mind in her practice.

Outside of work, Jessica is inspired by nature and you can find her exploring the great outdoors with her family. To maintain balance, she enjoys a meditation practice and participating in spiritual pursuits such as hiking the Camino de Santiago.
